**SafeShield:**SaaS-Intelligent Risk Control Security Platform

The SaaS-Intelligent Risk Control Security Platform is based on the CRO department of Alibaba Group.

2022 marked a significant business transformation for the risk control and security department under Alibaba Group. I was involved in an ambitious project to redesign the risk control audit experience for the complex e-commerce business, which handles enormous daily consumer transactions across the entire Alibaba platform.

My Role: UX designer

"Since the project's initiation in June 2021, I have been designing the security audit design for SafeShield on both the web and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.

Until June 2022, I spearheaded efforts to enhance digital assets and design systems. This involved addressing customer pain points related to browsing efficiency, standard operating efficiency, and other experience-related aspects."

"I collaborated with two product managers and a senior UX designer with 10 years of experience. Together, we translated business insights aligned with operations into a design process that influences customer behavior and motivation. After delivering the interactive content to the engineering team and going live, we conducted a secondary review and acceptance process."

Experience Strategy And Vision

"I created frameworks, interaction principles, and prototypes to share the design with product managers. We disseminate all interaction details to the entire team through design review meetings, facilitating the spread of design thinking, maintaining consistency, and driving the project forward. Any questions or concerns are addressed during the review meetings."
